Installation
At Datco, we provide installation for our custom aluminium windows, doors and glazing where installation forms part of the agreed project scope. Because we offer a broad range of residential through to higher-performance systems, installation requirements vary according to the selected product, opening and project.
Servicing existing systems
We can service many existing aluminium window and door systems, subject to the age and condition of the product and the availability of compatible replacement parts.
Builders, commercial clients and property managers who need ongoing maintenance or service assistance are welcome to get in touch and talk through what's required.
Service enquiries
When you get in touch, let us know your location, a brief description of the problem, and the window or door type — and send photographs if possible. A few clear photographs can often help us identify the system and determine the best next step before attending site.
Service timing depends on location, urgency, required parts and current workload and will be confirmed when the request is reviewed.
